Registration

Registration Fees for 2011 are as follows
PLEASE READ ENTIRE PAGE :

The“Early Registration” discount has EXPIRED!!! Any registrations received after June 10th with discounts taken will be returned.

U6   $90
Includes T-Shirt, Shorts and Socks (uniform is yours to KEEP), pictures and trophy

U8 – U12   $115
Includes “rented” uniform, socks (to keep), pictures and a medal

PLEASE READ BELOW FOR EXAMPLES OF FAMILY DISCOUNTS

A $5 discount per family is available when registering 2 or more players and applies to the U8 – U12 AGE GROUP ONLY!
Please DO NOT deduct $5 for the U6 group.

If you are registering ONLY ONE player in the U8-U12 age group, your fee is $115 and NO $5 discount is available.

Example: 1st Child is $115 and each child thereafter is $110 each – if you are registering 3 children your fees would be
$115 + $110 + $110 = $335

If you are registering 1 U6 and 1 U8-U12 your fees would be
$90 (U6) + $115(U8-U12) = $205

**NEW for the upcoming season ALL PLAYERS MUST include a COPY (not the original) our your childs birth certificate** Your child is not fully registered until a BC is verified by CSC.

To determine what age group your child will play in, please check your child’s birth date according to the chart below.

8/1/2005 thru 07/31/2007 = Under 6 (U6)

8/1/2003 thru 7/31/2005 = Under 8 (U8)

8/1/2001 thru 7/31/2003 = Under 10 (U10)

8/1/1999 thru 7/31/2001 = Under 12 (U12)
NEW: If your child reaches age 4 By August 1, 2011, they CAN play for Century Soccer Club.
